Robert L. Wehrman

Mr. Wehrman has a litigation practice in the areas of business, commercial real estate, personal injury, insurance, and professional liability. For more than 38 years, he has served clients in state and federal courts. He also served as the liability and risk manager for a major Kansas City law firm for over nine years.
Tort Litigation. Representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases as well as in variety of other cases alleging tort liability.
Contracts. Representation of individuals and entities in cases alleging breach of contract as well as drafting and defending non-competition agreements.
Insurance Coverage. Representation of clients on a broad range of insurance issues, including insurance company insolvency, excess and reinsurance, including serving as Commissioner of Claims and Special Counsel to liquidators of insurance companies.
Professional Liability. Representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in professional liability claims.
