Brian E. Tadtman

Associate

Mr. Tadtman practices in the area of civil litigation and focuses on complex civil litigation. He represents clients in construction defect litigation, business disputes, catastrophic trucking accident litigation, and other commercial disputes.

Construction. Mr. Tadtman represents construction professionals, developers and contractors in construction litigation nationwide. Additionally, he has a further concentration in geotechnical engineering litigation and the Colorado Construction Defect Action Reduction Act.

Intellectual Property. Mr. Tadtman represents individuals and entities in the protection of intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark and trade secret litigation and registration.

Business and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Tadtman represents a wide range of businesses entities and individuals concerning breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and other business transactions.

Transactional Work. Mr. Tadtman provides guidance and transactional support for individuals and entities seeking to attain corporate status, including LLC, LP, LLLP and General Partnership. This work includes preparation and execution of Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, IRS EIN registration and yearly reports to the Secretary of State.

Artist Representation. As a professional photographer, Mr. Tadtman intimately understands the unique legal needs of performing artists and other visual media artists. He has settled contract disputes, licensed copyrights to third-parties and provided personal guidance to artists who wish to protect their intellectual property and limit their liability exposure.
