Mr. Daniels practices nationwide in the areas of commercial, dealer, franchise, and wholesale lending; lender liability and trade practices litigation; bankruptcy litigation; and antitrust litigation and counseling. He represents manufacturers and franchisors in disputes with their dealers, wholesale lenders in disputes with their borrowers, and a variety of businesses in contract, commercial, and trade practices lawsuits. He also represents and counsels clients in antitrust, marketing, and trade practices matters. He has served as national counsel for Chrysler Corporation for insolvency, franchise, business tort, and commercial/procurement litigation; national counsel for Volkswagen Credit, Inc. for insolvency, business tort, and trade practices litigation; and national counsel for dealer relations, commercial litigation, and trade practices for Case/New Holland Corporation.
Bankruptcy Litigation. Representation of debtors and creditors in contested Chapter 11 actions with an emphasis on disputes involving business torts, fair trade practices, and securities issues.
Antitrust, Trade Practices, and Franchise Litigation. Representation in actions under Title 15 and defense of class actions with an emphasis on truth-in-lending disputes.
General Civil Litigation. Representation of plaintiffs and defendants in civil actions involving business torts and lender liability.
