Rebecca D. Martin
Ms. Martin has significant professional tax and business representation experience. She practices before the IRS, the United States Tax Court, and the Kansas and Missouri taxing authorities. Ms. Martin handles matters involving civil tax controversies, audits, civil tax litigation, payment plans, offers in compromise, levy releases, penalty abatements, collection due process hearing requests, innocent spouse relief, applications for tax lien discharges and subordinations, employment tax matters, and negotiations to avoid seizures. She also provides representation for business transactions and business entity structuring and acquisitions, including restaurants, liquor licensing, estate planning, premarital agreements, and probate litigation.
