Mr. Lockett focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of health care professionals in malpractice litigation.  

 

Mr. Lockett was born near Manchester in the United Kingdom and has been a United States resident since 1999.  After graduating from the University of Sheffield, Mr. Lockett gained experience working for pharmaceutical and medical-device companies in the United Kingdom.  Prior to joining McDowell, Rice, Mr. Lockett practiced as an associate at a small law firm focusing on civil litigation.
