Lou helps clients receive payment for what they do. Representing a wide range of companies, he offers legal assistance to creditors. With over 20 years of experience in the area, Lou handles collections, mechanic's liens, replevins, foreclosures, bankruptcy motions for relief from stay, objections to chapter 13 bankruptcy plans, and related services. Utilizing a trained support staff, including a collector and case assistant, Lou efficiently and effectively pursues appropriate legal remedies on behalf of creditors. He has served as bankruptcy counsel in the Kansas City area for a national automotive lender for more than a dozen years. Cases referred to him come directly from clients and also from collection agencies or third-party forwarders. Clients include a wide array of industries, including banks, commercial finance, manufacturing, building, agricultural, communications, technology, consumer finance, student loan, cellular telephone and other areas.
