For more than a decade, Aaron Craig has helped clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller family-owned businesses and individuals navigate complex litigation, mediation, and arbitration matters. Aaron is a seasoned litigator who has dedicated his career to representing clients in a wide range of matters, including complex business litigation, product liability litigation, medical device and malpractice litigation, software/technology licensing and implementation disputes, bad faith and insurance coverage disputes, fiduciary litigation, e-discovery disputes, complex personal injury and automotive liability litigation, class-actions and MDLs, consumer protection and unfair trade practices litigation, and general tort litigation. Aaron works closely with his clients to learn their business, ascertain their goals, and develop strategies aimed at obtaining each client’s desired outcome in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
Following a two-year judicial clerkship at the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (Hon. Judge Gary A. Fenner), Aaron spent years working at an Am Law 100 litigation firm in Kansas City, Missouri. In that role, Aaron was given opportunities to tackle a wide range of regional and high-profile national matters, eventually becoming preferred national litigation counsel for a number of large companies in a variety of industries. Before joining McDowell Rice, Aaron co-founded a boutique Kansas City litigation firm, serving as national litigation counsel for a large Kansas City-based company as well as other local businesses and clients.
